A beautiful sunny fall day, so we had another impromptu work party!

There hadn’t been a work party scheduled for Wednesday, but as it was fine and sunny we held one anyway!

A welcome sunny day after Sunday’s washout! The main job today was preparing a bed for the broad beans.

Some plants were looking a little sad and droopy after the downpour of rain, so we tried a new compost method on dying plant stems.

Unlike at last month’s garlic workshop, it’s now the right temperature to plant garlic.
